1.Enrollment Fee

  • The enrollment fee is 10,000 yen.
  • Only students who enroll in April are eligible for the Enrollment Fee Waiver Campaign.
  • The enrollment fee is non‑refundable after the course begins.

2.Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fees vary by course. Please check each course page for details.
  • Many courses operate on a 3‑month (12‑week) term system, and tuition is paid per term.
  • Tuition fees must be paid in full before the course begins.
  • In special circumstances, installment payments (e.g., monthly payments) may be discussed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.
  • Corporate training programs have separate pricing.

3.Payment Methods

4.Payment Deadline

  • Please complete payment by the day before the course begins.
  • For bank transfers, please show proof of payment (e.g., ATM receipt) on the first day of class.
  • If payment is delayed, your course start may also be delayed.

5.Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your enrollment before the course begins, we will refund your payment in principle if the tuition has already been paid. However, if the course start date has already been set, please notify us of your cancellation at least three days before the start date. If we do not receive your notice and the course start date arrives (we will contact you on the day to confirm), the fee for the first class session will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds are provided after the course has begun.
  • However, if a student withdraws for personal reasons, only the unused portion of the tuition will be refunded (bank transfer fees will be deducted).
  • Refunds are not provided for absences or lateness.
  • If classes are repeatedly canceled due to school circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made.

6.Absence and Lateness

  • If you will be absent or late, please contact us before class begins via phone, email, or Instagram DM.
  • Refunds or make‑up classes are not provided for absences.
  • Repeated unnotified absences may result in suspension of enrollment.

🟩Recording Availability (Support Measure for Absences)

  • For courses focused on grammar, reading, and listening (e.g., Beginner Comprehensive, Beginner Review, JLPT preparation), class recordings may be provided for a limited time.
    (Recording availability is not guaranteed.)
  • For conversation‑focused courses (e.g., Speaking Focus), recordings are not provided.
  • Recording availability is not guaranteed (e.g., technical issues may prevent recording).
  • Saving, copying, or sharing recordings or viewing links is strictly prohibited.

7.Leave of Absence / Withdrawal

  • If you wish to pause or withdraw from a course, please notify us at least one month in advance, before the next month’s tuition is charged.
  • Refunds for leave or withdrawal follow the rules in Section 5 (Refund Policy).

8.Learning Materials

  • Some courses require additional material fees.
  • Commercial textbooks must be purchased separately.
  • Copying or redistributing materials is prohibited.
  • Lost materials must be repurchased.

9.Course Changes

  • Course changes are possible on a monthly basis.
  • If the level does not match, you may consult with the instructor to change courses.

10.Personal Information

  • Personal information will be used only for course management and communication.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties.

11.Prohibited Conduct

  • Disturbing or harassing other students
  • Recording or filming classes
  • Sharing recording links or viewing access
  • Causing trouble inside the classroom

12.Disclaimer

  • In cases of unavoidable cancellations due to weather, disasters, or communication failures, classes will be rescheduled or moved to another day.
  • Refunds are generally not provided. However, if rescheduling or alternative arrangements are impossible due to school circumstances, exceptions may be made.

13.Agreement

  • By submitting your application, you are considered to have agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.

【1. 入会金】

  • 入会金は 10,000円 です。
  • 4月入会者のみ、入会金無料キャンペーン を適用します。
  • 入会金は、受講開始後の 返金はできません。

【2. 受講料】

  • 受講料は コースごとに異なります。コース説明のページで確認ください。
  • 多くの講座は 3か月（12週間）を1ターム とし、タームごとの受講料をお支払いいただきます。
  • 受講料は 受講開始前に全額お支払い いただきます。
  • 事情がある場合は、月払いなどの分割について個別にご相談いただけます（必ずしもお約束できるものではありません）。
  • 企業向け講座は別料金となります。

【3. 支払い方法】

【4. 支払い期限】

  • 受講開始日の前日まで にお支払いください。
  • 銀行振り込みの場合は、振り込みがわかるもの（ATMの紙等）を受講初日に提示ください。
  • 支払いが遅れた場合、受講開始が遅れることがあります。

【5. 返金について】

  • 開講前に受講をキャンセルされる場合、すでにお支払いが済んでいれば原則として返金します。ただし、開講日が決定している場合は、開講日の3日前までに「受講をやめる」旨をご連絡ください。ご連絡がないまま開講日を迎えた場合（当日こちらから確認の連絡をいたします）は、初回1回分の受講料を差し引いて返金いたします。
  • 受講開始後の返金は原則としてできません。
  • ただし、受講者の都合による途中退会の場合、未提供分の受講料のみ返金 します（銀行振込手数料は差し引きます）。
  • 欠席・遅刻による返金はできません。
  • 学校側の都合による休講が続く場合は、別途対応します。

【6. 欠席・遅刻】

  • 欠席・遅刻の場合は、授業開始前までに電話・メール・InstagramのDMいずれかでご連絡ください。
  • 欠席による返金・繰越はできません。
  • 無断欠席が続く場合、受講を停止することがあります。

🟩録画提供について（欠席時の補助措置）

  • 文法・読解・聴解を中心とするコースでは、欠席者向けに録画を期間限定で提供する場合があります。（対象コース：初級総合、初級やり直し、JLPT対策。ただし録画提供は保証ではありません）。
  • 会話中心のコース（例：話す特化）では、録画提供は行いません。
  • 録画提供は 保証ではありません（通信トラブル等で録画できない場合があります）。
  • 録画の保存・再配布は禁止です。

【7. 休会・退会】

  • 休会・退会を希望する場合は、翌月の受講料が発生する前に、1か月前までにご連絡ください。
  • 休会・退会による返金は、【5.返金について】の規定に従います。

【8. 教材】

  • 教材費が必要な場合があります。市販テキストの場合は別途購入です。
  • 教材のコピー・再配布は禁止です。
  • 紛失した場合は再購入となります。

【9.コース変更】

  • コース変更は、月単位で可能です。
  • レベルが合わない場合は、講師と相談して変更できます。

【10.個人情報】

  • 個人情報は、授業運営と連絡以外には使用しません。
  • 第三者に提供することはありません。

【11.禁止事項】

  • 他の受講生への迷惑行為
  • 授業の録音・録画
  • 録画視聴用リンク等の共有
  • 教室内でのトラブル行為

【12.免責事項】

  • 天候・災害・通信障害など、不可抗力による休講の場合、振替または別日対応を行います。
  • 原則返金はできません。ただし、振替または別日対応が学校側の都合によって不可能な場合はこの限りではありません。

【13.同意】

  • 本申込をもって、上記規約に同意したものとします。
